At the end of January 2023, the European Commission published the latest results of the MSCA end-of-fellowship surveys, incorporating feedback from fellows through the end of October 2022. MSCA fellows are asked to complete two short questionnaires at the end of their fellowship: an evaluation questionnaire immediately after the fellowship ends and a follow-up questionnaire two years later. The surveys address, among other things, the fellows' integration at the host institution and the impact of the fellowship on the fellows’ skill development and employability. The surveys are an important tracking tool, collecting information on former fellows’ career paths and mobility since the completion of their MSCA project. The latest results indicate that MSCA fellows are very satisfied with their host institutions, the quality of training in MSCA, and the career opportunities after the fellowship ends.
