On 7 September 2023, the European Commission and the UK Government reached an agreement on the UK's association to Horizon Europe. The association will come into effect on 1 January 2024.
On 7 September 2023, the European Commission and the Government of the United Kingdom (UK) reached an agreement on the UK's association to the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. The association to Horizon Europe will come into effect on 1 January 2024, which means that UK institutions will be eligible for funding in calls for proposals from the 2024 work programme.
For MSCA calls from the 2023 work programme, UK participants will continue to be funded by the UK Horizon Europe Guarantee Funding, regardless of the application deadline being in 2024. This includes, but is not limited to, the following calls from the 2023 Work Programme:
