The SAFE project aims to provide at-risk researchers from third countries with fellowships at research institutions within the EU. External experts are being sought for the assessment. Specifically, this involves experts who can assess the technical content as well as specialists who can carry out a risk assessment of the region of origin of the candidate. The project is coordinated by the DAAD and funded by the European Commission.
